As you walk down the streets of Kerbala and Najaf, you see
Destruction
Rubble
Damage
Death
Disaster
Tragedy
Ruin
Devastation
Wreckage
Debris
But then, as you look into the eyes of the people, you see
Hope
Faith
Love
Conviction
Trust
Anticipation
Eagerness
Zeal
Fervor
Empathy
What is it? You ask yourself? And then you see…
A golden dome,
A dome of hope
A dome of wisdom
A dome of promise
A dome of love
A dome of guarantee
A dome of assurance
A dome of anticipation
A dome of affection.
As long as that dome is shining, the people of Kerbala and Najaf will have,
Strength
Courage
Valor
Vigor
Force
Energy
Power
Faith
Trust
Assurance
and
Might!

I just visited Kerbala and Najaf in December 2007 and this is what I saw and felt!
